Customization files can live in the dedicated folders under the simpleui folder located in your KOReader's settings directory (koreader/settings/simpleui/).
You can also pick icons, wallpapers, and icon pack ZIPs from anywhere on the device via the Browse… option in the relevant SimpleUI menus. These files do not have to sit in the folders below. Those paths are simply the default and the most convenient location.
First, locate the base simpleui folder on your device:
